Ryanair to pause Bournemouth flights

RYANAIR will pause operations at Bournemouth Airport for three months again this winter. It will operate no aircraft out of Bournemouth during November, December and January.

However the low-cost airline will return with a schedule for spring and summer next year commencing in February 2012.

Ryanair will base one aircraft at Bournemouth and operate 12 routes from the airport between February and October 2012.

There will be seven spring and twelve summer routes including Alicante, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria and Tenerife.

Similarly, Ryanair didn’t run a winter schedule out of Bournemouth last year.
